At QC Mulch Depot, you can purchase the superior mulch and rock products that Xylem, Ltd has supplied the landscaping industry for the past 30 years. As always, there is a variety of colors and types of mulch available as well as various decorative rock and granite boulders. QC Mulch Depot offers both wholesale and retail prices. Commercial or residential delivery available in the Quad City area

  • Deliveries will be dumped in a driveway only, not in a yard unless terms have been discussed

  • Must have overhead clearance for the truck to be able to fully dump.

  • Residential delivery truck will hold up to 15 cubic yards

  • Please call Xylem, Ltd at (309) 654-2261 for deliveries

  • Deliveries cannot be split between neighbors, it must be dumped at one site to ensure the correct amount ordered

  • Payment is due on delivery - Cash, Check or Credit Card unless other arrangement made at time of order.

  • Payment arrangements must be made in advance if there will be no one present at the time of deliver

  • Deliveries require at least a 48 hr. notice during busy seasons - more time may be necessary

Customer pick-up

  • Pick-up at facility is available without appointment during regular business hours.

  • Customer must have a truck or trailer with no topper or obstruction.

  • We load the mulch with various front end loaders.

  • We do not allow customers to put mulch in cars or vans, we will only load with our loader per cubic yard into a truck or trailer.

  • We accept Cash, Check or Credit/Debit Cards

  • We recommend bringing a tarp and tie-downs to secure your mulch load.
